Sugbutel is about 500 meters from the Cebu International Convention Center but there is no direct jeepney routes to and from the CICC; taxis, however, are readily available. Beds are double-deckers in 80-persons (or more) capacity air-conditioned rooms, with common toilet and bath rooms. The above package includes fitted sheet and a blanket but excludes towel, locker and/or baggage deposit counter rental fees. 2. Dep Ed – Applied Nutrition Center is a 30 to 45 minute ride to/from the CICC. It has single beds in 6 to 12 persons capacity air-conditioned rooms with common toilet and bath rooms. Beddings are included in the package and baggages can be safely left in the room. 3. Rooms at the Cebu Northwinds Hotel shall be shared between two (2) persons with a double bed or two separate single beds. The hotel is a 30 to 45 minute ride to/from the CICC in a taxi. 4. Rooms at the Pier Cuatro Hotel shall be single occupancy. Arranged shuttles or taxis are deemed the safest rides. All rates are subject to change by the establishment without prior notice.
